Internal Training Video - Overlake Hospital

As part of its ongoing focus on patient safety, Bellevue's Overlake Hospital wanted a brief video to demonstrate the correct format for a Surgical Time Out, which is basically a way to be sure the entire surgical team follows a consistent method of communication prior to beginning a surgical procedure. Overlake leadership wanted surgical team members to see an example of the Time Out, as well as to notice how little time is needed for this simple safety measure.
