Intelius - Internal New Employee Video

When Bellevue-based Intelius was growing rapidly, its human resources department needed a way to orient new employees quickly and efficiently. Northwest Video Edge worked with Intelius to produce videos that helped new employees learn about the company and get to know its leadership. By getting key executives on video, they were able to welcome and inform new recruits "virtually" without taking hours out of their busy schedules to attend each orientation session. A video presentation also ensured a consistent, carefully planned presentation. This video is the initial "welcome" overview video in a series of 10 segments that could be viewed via DVD or the company's intranet. This shows how a business can use video to save time and money - as well as have an informative and entertaining way to communicate with its staff.
